Promotion celebrates excellence in uniform, school administration
Elijah Rattler, a JROTC cadet at Eagles Landing High School in McDonough, Georgia, pins lieutenant colonel rank on the shoulder of his former principal, Malik Douglas, on January 25, 2024. Douglas was promoted in front of hundreds of his students based on the suggestion of Rattler.
