319th Signal Battalion conducts 'Welcome Home' ceremony

Norman Delise, 319th Signal Battalion command sergeant major, participated in a “Welcome Home” ceremony for Soldiers who had deployed to Kuwait at the California State University’s main quad, in Sacramento, Calif., October 22, 2022.
