U.S. Army Sgt. Vaughn Rowles, assigned to Civil Affairs Team 0733, 407th Civil Affairs Battalion, leads a class covering the orchestra and famous composers to help foster an appreciation of music and fine arts for the students attending Georgi Rakovski Primary School in Orizare, Bulgaria, May 23, 2022.
