Outstanding musicians at the 191st Army Band
Staff Sgt. Nicholas Boland, an instrumentalist with the 191st Army Band, is presented the Col. Finley R. Hamilton Outstanding Military Musician Award by Maj. Gen Miles Davis and Command Sgt. Maj. Patrick McKie in Camp Parks, California, on Apr. 4, 2022. The Finley R. Hamilton Outstanding Military Musician Award acknowledges U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard enlisted musicians, and honors the memory of Col. Finley R. Hamilton, U.S. Army (Ret.), who succumbed to cancer while serving as President of the National Band Association (NBA).
