416th Theater Engineer Command implements suicide prevention program liaison training
Capt. Louis Goldstein, 389th Engineer Battalion Headquarters and Headquarters Company commander and plans officer, out of Dubuque, Iowa, led the "Engage" training to teach students to be more aware and mindful on intervening when they identify someone who might have suicidal ideations during the Suicide Prevention Program Liaison training.
