The U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division hosted a Yellow Ribbon event Sept. 12-14 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown. Rev. Dr. Paul V. McCullough III, Army Reserve Ambassador for Pennsylvania, served as keynote speaker for the event. Yellow Ribbon events span the deployment cycle - pre-deployment prep, mid-tour virtual check-ins and post-deployment reintegration - to connect families with vital resources, all backed by the program’s emphasis on family well-being. 642nd Regional Support Group
The 642nd Regional Support Group holds a change of command ceremony for its headquarters company Sept. 19, 2021, transferring leadership from U.S. Army Capt. Armando Rodriguez to 1st Lt. Timothy Brown at the Army Reserve Center in Decatur, Ga. Col. Robert J. Coker, the brigade commander, presided over the event, receiving the headquarters guidon from Rodriguez and handing it to Brown, who returned it to the first sergeant.
