Army Reserve creativity and talent management improve Soldier redeployment

The 3-312th recently completed an assignment at Fort Hood to lead the daily operations of the DTOC, in support of First Army Division West, 120th Infantry Brigade, overseeing logistics and administrative needs for re-deploying National Guard and Reserve units.
