Spiritual readiness, chapel community sponsor a prayer luncheon
FORT BUCHANAN, Puerto Rico— Chaplain Maj. Joseph Okpe, U.S. Army Reserve-Puerto Rico, served as the master of ceremony during the prayer luncheon at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, November 17,2021.
