The U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division hosted a Yellow Ribbon event Sept. 12-14 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown. Rev. Dr. Paul V. McCullough III, Army Reserve Ambassador for Pennsylvania, served as keynote speaker for the event. Yellow Ribbon events span the deployment cycle - pre-deployment prep, mid-tour virtual check-ins and post-deployment reintegration - to connect families with vital resources, all backed by the program’s emphasis on family well-being. Army Reserve division leads way with flu-shot program
Master Sgt. Keena Clarke-Guillaume, left, receives a flu shot from Spc. Amanda Reiter as part of the 99th Readiness Division’s in-house flu clinic for the 2020-2021 flu season. The flu-shot program is being administered by the division’s Surgeon’s Office and Soldier Readiness Improvement Program team. Three-hundred vaccinations are being provided to 99th RD Soldiers and civilian employees during normal duty hours and Battle Assembly weekends.
