Maj. Josh Monteiro, an observer/controller/trainer with the 78th Training Division, provides the safety briefing to U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers prior to beginning land navigation training at Fort McCoy, Wis., August 21, 2020, as part of Operation Ready Warrior. This training allows Soldiers to build and improve on critical skills needed to ensure readiness while also following the Department of Defense health and safety guidelines.
