New Army lieutenant fulfills childhood desire to serve

Samuel Quintero (left), a City College of New York student who received his commission June 5 through the City University of New York’s Reserve Officers’ Training Corps, will serve at the Farmingdale Armed Forces Reserve Center in Long Island.
