The U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division hosted a Yellow Ribbon event Sept. 12-14 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown. Rev. Dr. Paul V. McCullough III, Army Reserve Ambassador for Pennsylvania, served as keynote speaker for the event. Yellow Ribbon events span the deployment cycle - pre-deployment prep, mid-tour virtual check-ins and post-deployment reintegration - to connect families with vital resources, all backed by the program’s emphasis on family well-being. U.S. Army Reserve Soldier competes in Arnold Martial Arts Festival
U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. 1st Class Joel Quebec, 367th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, Whitehall, Ohio, competes in traditional weapons forms with a nunti bo at the 2020 Arnold Battle of Columbus (ABOC) Martial Arts Festival, March 7 in Columbus, Ohio. The Battle of Columbus was founded 44 years ago by Supreme Grandmaster Joon Pyo Choi and offers an opportunity for all martial arts practitioners from different disciplines to compete and explore the skills they have developed through their training. Sgt. 1st Class Quebec took the silver medal in this event.
