Army service a family tradition
Members of the Scout Platoon, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Squadron, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, gather for a photo January 31st at Novo Selo Training Area in Bulgaria. Included in the photo is U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. 1st Class John Proulx, with the 652nd Regional Support Group out of Helena, Montana, who promoted his son, Spc. Brayden Denman to the rank of specialist. Both Proulx and Denman are Helena, Montana natives serving in Europe as part of Atlantic Resolve - Proulx a Reserve Soldier mobilized to Poland and Denman an Active Duty Soldier mobilized to Bulgaria.
