U.S. ARMY RESERVE CENTER BARRIGADA, Guam - U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers of Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands honored 27 retirees and their families recently, recognizing and honoring each retiree and their family with an official Warior Citizen retirement ceremony.
