The U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division hosted a Yellow Ribbon event Sept. 12-14 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown. Rev. Dr. Paul V. McCullough III, Army Reserve Ambassador for Pennsylvania, served as keynote speaker for the event. Yellow Ribbon events span the deployment cycle - pre-deployment prep, mid-tour virtual check-ins and post-deployment reintegration - to connect families with vital resources, all backed by the program’s emphasis on family well-being. Army Reserve Soldiers hone gunnery skills; increase lethality
Army Reserve Spc. William Laws (left), a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) specialist assigned to the 318th Chemical Company, 490th Chemical Battalion, 415th Chemical Brigade, 76th Division (Operational Response) assists Army Reserve Spc. Destiny Wright, a CBRN specialist also assigned to the 318th Chem. Co., in reassembling a M2 50 caliber automatic machine-gun at a gunnery range on Fort Hood, Texas Jan. 27. Nearly 60 Soldiers from the 318th Chem.
