The U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division hosted a Yellow Ribbon event Sept. 12-14 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown. Rev. Dr. Paul V. McCullough III, Army Reserve Ambassador for Pennsylvania, served as keynote speaker for the event. Yellow Ribbon events span the deployment cycle - pre-deployment prep, mid-tour virtual check-ins and post-deployment reintegration - to connect families with vital resources, all backed by the program’s emphasis on family well-being. Army surpasses early SGLI online enrollment goals
More than 230,000 Soldiers within the total Army have elected to enroll in coverage using the new SGLI Online Enrollment System since the system went live, Dec. 11, 2017. The new online enrollment system was designed to make it easier for Service members to sign up for and manage their coverage; from the comforts of their own homes. To enroll, Soldiers just need to log on to milConnect using their CAC or D/S logon and select 'Life Insurance' from the benefits tab at the top of the page. (U.S. Army photo by Master Sgt.
