The U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division hosted a Yellow Ribbon event Sept. 12-14 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown. Rev. Dr. Paul V. McCullough III, Army Reserve Ambassador for Pennsylvania, served as keynote speaker for the event. Yellow Ribbon events span the deployment cycle - pre-deployment prep, mid-tour virtual check-ins and post-deployment reintegration - to connect families with vital resources, all backed by the program’s emphasis on family well-being. Troop Construction Initiated in Cincu, Romania
Sgt. Jesse Ellis, a heavy equipment operator of 390th Engineer Company, 844th Engineer Battalion out of Chattanooga, TN, levels and grades the base layer for the multipurpose building with a roller on 19 April 2017 at Cincu Training Area, Romania. This establishes a solid footing for the concrete pad that will be the floor of the building. The project is a part of Resolute Castle 17, an exercise which strengthens the NATO alliance.
