Engineers with the 471st (Vertical) and 756th (Horizontal) Engineer Companies, 448th Engineer Battalion, from Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, U.S. Army Reserve, put away the final pallets of their tools and supplies Mar. 24, 2017, at Price Barracks, Belize, after completing construction of the forward operating base supporting Beyond the Horizon 2017-Belize. BTH 17 is a partnership exercise between U.S. Army South and the Belize government that will consist of various medical events and construction projects throughout Belize.
