The U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division hosted a Yellow Ribbon event Sept. 12-14 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown. Rev. Dr. Paul V. McCullough III, Army Reserve Ambassador for Pennsylvania, served as keynote speaker for the event. Yellow Ribbon events span the deployment cycle - pre-deployment prep, mid-tour virtual check-ins and post-deployment reintegration - to connect families with vital resources, all backed by the program’s emphasis on family well-being. 70 years of flight
U.S. Army I Corps officers Col. Michael Harvey and Chief Warrant Officer Jim Israel pose in front of a OH-58D Kiowa Warrior at an airfield in Yongin, South Korea, Aug. 29, 2016. Both flew the OH-58 extensively during their Army careers. The helicopter belonged to the 1st Squadron, 17th Cavalry Regiment - the last squadron of OH-58's.
