As a part of the European Command’s (EUCOM) Humanitarian a Civic Assistance Program, the U.S. Army reserve 457th Civil Affairs Battalion, the 375th Engineer Company, U.S. Air Force National Guard 164th Civil Engineer Squadron and the Bulgarian Army collaborate to renovate a kindergarten.
