The U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division hosted a Yellow Ribbon event Sept. 12-14 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown. Rev. Dr. Paul V. McCullough III, Army Reserve Ambassador for Pennsylvania, served as keynote speaker for the event. Yellow Ribbon events span the deployment cycle - pre-deployment prep, mid-tour virtual check-ins and post-deployment reintegration - to connect families with vital resources, all backed by the program’s emphasis on family well-being. Col. William Woods, 2nd Operations Brigade Commander out of Milwaukee, Wis., recognizes the superb efforts of Pfc. Cameron Jones, 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) Visual/Audio Specialist, Pfc. Cedrick Baker, 310th ESC Information Technology Specialist, and Pfc. Zachary Sprout, 310th ESC Information Specialist, during the WAREX operations at Fort McCoy, Wis., on July 17. These three Soldiers set the standard by building the network infrastructure and reimaging more than 400 computers to ensure the on time start up of all computers for the exercise, and received a commander’s coin.
