76th EPLO/CMPO and 9th MSC teams train for disaster
EPLO Group Commander, 76th ORC, Col. Ernest Litynski, briefed the 9th MSC subordinate leadership on DSCA 101 and executed a table top exercise before hurricane season in Hawaii and American Samoa in order to talk through immediate and deliberate response procedures.
