403rd conquer Mission Oriskany
UTICA, NEW YORK – A Soldier with Bravo Company 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion programs the channels and frequency on a multi-band inter/intra team radio (MBITR) during Exercise Oriskany on March 13, 2016 at the Utica New York U.S. Army Reserve Training Center. Exercise Oriskany tested civil affairs teams on air insertion and evacuation training while liaising with foreign humanitarian representatives, assessment of future coordination for civic operations, and key leader engagements.
