UTICA, NEW YORK – Soldiers with Bravo Company 403rd Civil Affairs Battalion engage in talks with a World Food representative role player during Exercise Oriskany on March 13, 2016 at the New York State Preparedness Training Center. Exercise Oriskany tested civil affairs teams on liaising with foreign humanitarian representatives, assessing future coordination of civic operations, key leader engagements, and stabilization of local displaced citizens during the exercise.
