A class to remember: Equal Opportunity Leaders Course
Soldiers in the Equal Opportunity Leaders Course are tasked to play a game called Star Power July 15, 2015, at Farmingdale, N.Y. This game allows the Soldiers to understand firsthand the effects that social perception has on society. The EOLC is designed to provide leaders at battalion and company levels the critical skills needed to assist commanders, military personnel and family members with all the matters concerning equality and diversity in the organization.
