FORT SNELLING, Minn. - Col. (Retired) James Lewis, former Director - Directorate of Public Works and Regional Engineer for the 88th Readiness Division, receives the Silver Order of the de Fleury medal from Mr. Steven D. Austin, Assistant Chief of the Army Reserve, at Ft. Snelling Minn. on 9 May 2023. The Army Engineer Association considers the de Fleury the highest award for achievement in the field of Engineering.
