FORT McCOY, Wis. - Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Darrell J. Guthrie, former commander, 88th Readiness Division, executes his final salute to an American flag held by award proffer Chief Warrant Officer 2 Donald Smith during Guthrie's retirement ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park, Fort McCoy, Wis., July 30. 2022.
