JOLIET, Ill. - This structure built by Randy Berry, the 88th Readiness Division's wildlife biologist at the U.S. Army Reserve Joliet Local Training Area, Elwood, Ill., allows hunters to easily cross a fence before entering one of the two JLTA training areas.
