SLOAN, Nev. - Colonel Shaun Miller, consequence management unit, 76th Operational Response Command, talks about his experiences with the Defense Support of Civil Authorities process during leaders training event in Sloan, Nev., May 19, 2022. The training provided Army Reserve leadership teams with a greater understanding of the DSCA process and how to better prepare their Soldiers and units to accomplish the mission.
