FORT McCOY, Wis. - David Boots, human resources specialist, Casualty Operations Branch, 88th Readiness Division, answer a question during the Casualty Notification Officer and Casualty Assistance Officer training at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, March 28. Soldiers must attend a three-day training in order to become certified to perform the duties of a CNO or CAO.
