Together they led the couples through a nationally recognized curriculum called Prevention Relationship Enhancement Program, or PREP. The curriculum includes video and workbook-supported discussions and exercises centered on various aspects of communication, personalities and problem solving. “Every single marriage can benefit from this training,” said Barbara. “Every marriage can benefit from better communication, from exacting expectations, and learning how to speak and how to really listen.”
