Army Reserve leaders test their Battle Assembly skills at “How to BA Day”

FORT SHAFTER, Hawaii - JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii - 9th Mission Support Command Chief of Staff Col. Geoffrey Greene trains and prepares Company commanders, first sergeants and other members of command teams from across the 9th MSC, the U.S. Army Reserve Command of the Pacific, explaining why deployment loading training is essential. The training was part of "How to BA Day," a full day of physical and mental training for company level leadership during the 2019 Pacific Pride Leaders Workshop. The very full hands -on leadership training physically and mentally challenged command teams with an active day perfecting the skills expected during a Battle Assembly, the monthly training conducted by Army Reserve Soldiers.
