Army Reserve leaders test their Battle Assembly skills at “How to BA Day”

FORT SHAFTER, Hawaii - FORT SHAFTER FLATS, Hawaii - Chief Warrant Officer Miki conducts the Sprint-Drag-Carry portion of the Army Combat Fitness Test. The ACFT familiarization training for company level command teams was part of "How to BA Day," a full day of leadership training based on the regularly scheduled Army Reserve monthly training known as a Battle Assembly. Participants represented commands from Saipan to Alaska, 9th Mission Support Command leaders at Fort Shafter during the 2019 Pacific Pride Leaders Workshop.
