Army Reserve prepare convoy of FEMA Humanitarian disaster relief supplies

SAIPAN, Northern Mariana Islands - Soldiers with the 9th Mission Support Command, U.S. Army Reserve, take a photo with Saipan residents, while holding up a piece of artwork made by debris caused by Super Typhoon Yutu, Oct. 31. The Soldiers, assigned to support the Saipan Mayor’s Office, conducted route clearance and debris cleanup. Service members from Joint Region Marianas and Indo-Pacific Command are providing Department of Defense support to the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands’ civil and local officials as part of the FEMA-supported Typhoon Yutu recovery efforts.
