KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany - Mrs. Porchea Taylor, pins sergeant 1st class rockers on her wife, U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. 1st Class Lavasia Taylor, the training noncommissioned officer for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 7th Mission Support Command, during her promotion ceremony, Sunday, Jan. 21, 2024, at Kleber Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany. The 7th Mission Support Command is America’s Army Reserve presence in Europe.
