KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany - U.S. Army Gen. Darryl Williams, Commanding General U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAEUR-AF,) takes samples of notional unidentified agents during a capabilities briefing of the 773rd Civil Support Team's (CST,) analytical laboratory during a key-leader engagement at Rhine Ordnance Barracks, Germany, August 10. The 773rd is the only Army Reserve CST asset and the only CST asset in Europe. Their facilities and equipment are highly specialized making them a key force multiplier in the USAEUR-AF formation
