The 510^th Regional Support Group provides command and control, and administration support structure for base camps and base camp clusters with populations of 6,000 more personnel which require services beyond basic life support.

The brigade includes a headquarters and headquarters company, as well as two battalions. The 83^rd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion executes mission command of task organized functional companies, teams, and detachments providing sustainment support to echelon above brigade and brigade sized units. The 446^th Movement Control Battalion executes mission command of subordinate MCTs overseeing the commitment of theater common user transportation and regulating movement on theater controlled MSRs and ASRs.
