QUEBRADILLAS, Puerto Rico - U.S. Army Reserve Cpl. David Pagan, a Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico, native and water treatment specialist with the 973rd Quartermaster Company, in Ceiba, 346th Transportation Battalion, 166th Regional Support Group, 1st Mission Support Command, primes a water pump to begin water purification from Guajataca Lake in Quebradillas, Puerto Rico, Oct. 9, 2017, after the local water treatment facility was damaged by Hurricane Maria.
