YAUCO, Puerto Rico - Two private vehicles drive through a stretch of road cleared by U.S. Army Reserve soldiers assigned to the 471st Engineering Company, 448th Engineering Battalion, 210th Regional Support Group, based out of Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, near the town of Yauco, Puerto Rico, during Hurricane Maria relief efforts, Oct. 7, 2017. U.S. Army Reserve soldiers from various units assigned to the 448th Eng. Bn. were tasked to clear the roads around the town of Yauco and have been working hard in order to facilitate access of cars to and from Yauco to the neighboring communities. The Army Reserve is part of the synchronized Federal emergency response system for immediate assistance.
