MONROVIA, Liberia - U.S. Army Lt. Col. Glenna Bergland, Maj. Victor Argilagos and Capt. Ernie Liwag, civil affairs medical functional specialty team members, 352nd Civil Affairs Command, U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF), conducted a civil military coordination (CIMIC) and medical capabilities assessment at the Armed Forces of Liberia's 14 Medical Hospital Apr. 24, 2023 in Monrovia, Liberia.
