NEW YORK - Soldiers with the 353rd Civil Affairs Command met with Mark Otto, a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran and executive director of the United War Veterans Council during the New York City Veterans Day Parade. Mr. Otto talked about the importance of military unit participation in parades and the effect it has on preserving military history in local communities.
