U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Michael M. Greer, deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), conducted an Officer Professional Development (ODP) briefing during Command Post Exercise – Functional (CPX-) 21-02 at Fort McCoy, Wis., June 7, 2021. Greer lectured senior staff officers on analysis of competition, crisis and conflict to achieve capability overmatch and win under new conditions on today’s modern battlefield. Interested officers were also invited to stay for an additional seminar focused on leadership at the next level following the briefing.
