DJIBOUTI CITY, Djibouti - U.S. Army Lt. Col. Zach Mills (right), assigned to the Civil Affairs East Africa Team, in support of Combined Joint Task Force--Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), delivered personal protective equipment (PPE) to the Ministry of Health in Djibouti City, Djibouti, Dec. 9, 2020. The supplies will be used to help mitigate against the spread of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.
