CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - Djibouti City, Djibouti (Dec. 21, 2020) U.S. Army Soldiers of the Civil Affairs East Africa Southern European Task Force Africa, in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa and stationed at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, deliver personal protective equipment to the Office of the Mayor in Djibouti City, Dec. 21, 2020. The delivery is part of the AFRICOM Overseas Humanitarian Disaster Assistance and Civic Aid program, administered by the Office of Security Cooperation, and is the first delivery from a humanitarian assistance project to the local government in Djibouti City. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
