CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - Djibouti City, Djibouti (Dec. 21, 2020) U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Damian T. Donahoe (right), deputy commanding general, Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) speaks with a U.S. Embassy official following a delivery of personal protective equipment by U.S. Army Soldiers of the Civil Affairs East Africa Southern European Task Force Africa to the Office of the Mayor in Djibouti City, Dec. 21, 2020. The delivery is part of the AFRICOM Overseas Humanitarian Disaster Assistance and Civic Aid program, administered by the Office of Security Cooperation, and is the first delivery from a humanitarian assistance project to the local government of Djibouti City.
