Gisenyi, - Medical professionals from Rwanda brief members of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa’s 411th Civil Affairs Battalion (CA) and Functional Specialty Teams (FXST), about Rwanda’s capabilities to treat patients diagnosed with infectious diseases at Rusizi, Rwanda, Feb. 21, 2020. The CA and FXST teams performed assessments at multiple border posts to evaluate Rwanda’s response capabilities to an infectious disease outbreak.
