TADJOURAH, Djibouti - Children use reading aids during an English Discussion Group led by U.S. Army Soldiers from Bravo Company, 404th Civil Affairs Battalion, assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, in Tadjourah, Djibouti, Feb. 12, 2019.
