FORT MEADE, Maryland - Maj. Gen. Darrell J. Guthrie, Commanding General of U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), addresses the importance of readiness and answers soldiers' questions during a town hall session at the 352nd Civil Affairs Command May 5, 2018 at Fort Meade, Md. Commanders from the 352nd met for an annual briefing to begin planning for the 2019 fiscal year.
