Gen. Michael M. Greer, deputy commanding general, USACAPOC(A). Greer briefed exercise leaders on the analysis of competition, crisis and conflict to achieve capability overmatch under new conditions on today’s modern battlefield, as well as an additional follow-on seminar focused on leadership at the next level for interested individuals.

Times are changing and U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Michael M. Greer, deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), took time during Command Post Exercise – Functional (CPX-F) 21-02 to present exercise senior leaders with an Officer Professional Development (OPD) briefing he received from Lt. Gen. Jody J. Daniels, chief of Army Reserve and commanding general, U.S. Army Reserve Command. The briefing, conducted at Fort McCoy, Wis., covered analysis of competition, crisis and conflict in order accomplish the change needed to achieve capability overmatch on today’s modern battlefield and offered insight on how to innovate and win under the new conditions we face in real-world conflicts.
