Command Post Exercise – Functional (CFX-F) 21-02, Fort McCoy, Wis., offered U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Michael M. Greer, deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), an opportunity to meet with exercise senior leaders for Officer Professional Development (OPD). Greer shared a briefing received from Lt. Gen. Jody J. Daniels, chief of Army Reserve and commanding general, U.S. Army Reserve Command, which detailed analysis of competition, crisis and conflict in order accomplish the change needed to achieve capability overmatch on today’s modern battlefield. Greer also provided a follow-on professional development seminar for individuals interested in reaching the next level of leadership in their career.
